Madalyn Kalscheur
Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Maddy Kalscheur, originally from Menomonie, WI, developed a passion for horses at a young age. Growing up as an active Pony Clubber and eventer, her enthusiasm for equine medicine continued to flourish over the years. Pursuing her aspirations, she enrolled at the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities and was admitted to the College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. After graduating, Dr. Kalscheur pursued a year-long equine internship at Mid-Atlantic Equine Medical Center in Ringoes, New Jersey, to further enhance her skills.

Driven by her commitment to expanding her knowledge, she joined East-West Equine Sports Medicine, where she has loved working on the hunter/jumper show circuits nationwide. Dr. Kalscheur's professional focus centers on sports medicine & lameness and emergency care within the veterinary field. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, Matthew, and their golden retriever, Louise back in Minnesota. She also finds joy in exploring the outdoors through hiking and traveling.
